Children under 4 travel free on all tours. Ages 4 to 11 are charged at 50% of the adult rate. From 12 upward the standard adult rate applies.

Child seats and boosters are provided at no extra cost — just tell us the ages when booking so the right seats are fitted before pickup. For desert safaris we recommend a minimum age of 4, and we will drive the dunes gently for families with young children if you ask.

Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside any vehicle, including e-cigarettes. This is a firm rule across the fleet and applies to private hires too.

Your guide will build in stops on longer routes, and you are welcome to smoke outside the vehicle at any of them. Please note that smoking is prohibited by law in Qatar's public indoor spaces, malls and government buildings.

Everything you carry in leaves with you. Littering in Qatar carries real fines, and the inland sea at Khor Al Adaid is a protected UNESCO reserve where enforcement is taken seriously.

Every vehicle carries waste bags. We ask guests not to remove shells, rocks or vegetation from protected areas, not to disturb wildlife or grazing camels, and to stay on established tracks where marked. Our guides will always say if something is off-limits — it is never a suggestion.

Groups of 10 or more receive tiered pricing, and from 30 guests upward we assign a named coordinator who stays with your booking from quote to final invoice.

For corporate work we provide printed manifests, per-vehicle guest lists, contingency routing for schedule slips, and consolidated invoicing with a purchase-order reference. We can also supply insurance certificates and driver licensing documentation if your procurement team requires them. Give us at least 72 hours' notice for movements above 50 guests.

Cancel more than 48 hours ahead and you pay nothing. Between 24 and 48 hours we retain 50% of the tour value. Inside 24 hours, or in the case of a no-show, the full amount is charged.

Rescheduling is free at any point subject to availability, and we will always try to move you rather than charge you. Yacht charters and overnight desert camps require 72 hours' notice because of crew and camp commitments.

If we cancel — sandstorm, unsafe sea conditions, or a vehicle issue we cannot cover — you are refunded in full or moved to another date, whichever you prefer.
